Ryan T.W. McCreedy
CEO/ Principal Consultant

After years as a manager in the engineering world and having founded my own businesses, I came to realize my true passion comes in using behavioral science to better understand teams and leaders.

My life mission is to help more people live a “life well lived” through rethinking our workforce, workplaces, and economic systems to be inclusive, equitable, and more aligned with individuals’ innate passions. As a consultant, researcher, volunteer, and academic, I intend to take a deep dive in service of my mission. In my work, I hope to move the needle towards a more positive future.
