Sessions can be done via phone, in-person, or video chat. While my specialty is in working with young professionals and emerging leaders, I can assist almost any individual looking to make a positive change in their lives!
Coaching packages usually include some initial personality/behavioral assessments and approximately 6 monthly sessions. Sessions may be purchased by individuals or sponsoring organizations.

Using talent development techniques and innovative technologies, we can design training programs that will maximize performance and have people walking away with a smile! Options are flexible; given the proliferation of remote work we offer in-person and virtual program design, as well as either live or asynchronous (on-demand) formats. Innovative formats include software simulations, games, and even virtual reality simulations of the workplace or job sites! We will work with you to understand your current trainings and ongoings, desired outcomes, preferred methods to generate true developmental change in your organization. Our Training and Learning design services will result in a session or program to educate and change employee behaviors.
